HB = half board with evening mean each day consists of bed, breakfast, evening meal

HB consisiting of bed breakfast each day and just four evening meals per week which 
     are served Monday - Thursday

BB  = bed and breakfast only, you may use the kitchen with prior arrangement 
     but not between 5 - 7 PM

Rooms are let from either Saturday to Sunday or sunday to Saturday, students are required to vacate the room before noon on the day of leaving. 

Wireless internet connection is available if required at £5 per week payable in advance for the duration of your stay

A fifty percent deposit is required when a booking is made, this can be made either by BACS bank transfer or PayPal the balance to be paid upon arrival. Deposits are none refundable once made

Kindly note all bank money transfer charges received will be added to the total price.
